Once your order has been produced and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details where available.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order.

UK Standard Shipping = £2.99
Free Delivery on UK Orders £50 or more.

Customs & Import Fees

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are outside of our control.

Order Tracking

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been placed. Biscuits & Breakdowns is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
